Ground breaking RFID technology has been integrated into the park’s infrastructure to allow our guests to have a seamless in-park experience without needing your phone or wallet!

MyBand is your ticket into the park for both Season Pass holders and Single Day Admission ticketed guests. Season Pass holders will be issued a silicon wrist band while Single Day Admission ticketed guests will receive a temporary wrist band.

During your visit you can upload cash onto your MyBand and use this to purchase retail or food & beverage, to save you from having to return to your locker throughout the day. You can Add Cash to your MyBand at any in park retail shop, food and beverage outlet or Guest Services.

How Do I get My Wet'n'Wild Sydney MyBands?

Your MyBands will be able to be picked up from the Wet’n’Wild Sydney Season Pass Centre on any of our operating days. Season Pass Centre operating days and hours can be found here.

How Do I Load Money On My Wet'n'Wild Sydney MyBand?

You can top up your MyBand in park at any retail or food and beverage outlet, or at Guest Services.

I Lost My Wet'n'Wild Sydney MyBand. Can It Be Replaced?

Yes, to receive a replacement MyBand please visit our Season Pass Centre or Guest Services team during park open hours. Please note there is a MyBand replacement fee of $5.

When is the Wet'n'Wild Sydney Season Pass Centre open?

Guests who select to pick up their MyBands from Wet'n'Wild Sydney can visit our Season Pass Centre. Season Pass Centre operating days and hours can be found here.

Purchasing a Pass for someone else?

Are you buying your passes as a gift? Purchase tickets online using the gift recipients name and provide them with the confirmation code to pick up their pass during their visit to the park. Please ensure the names used match the recipients chosen from of ID.
