Why can’t I log into my account anymore?

The account function is not required in park this season, so it will not be available. If you wish to put money on your My Band, visit the box office, guest services or any retail outlet in the park and our friendly staff will be able to assist.

I had money on my Band from last season, how do I redeem this?

If you are renewing your season pass, you are able to have any funds remaining on your season pass from last season transferred over to your new pass. Just visit our team at the Season Pass Centre who will happily assist!

Where do I pick up my Season Pass?

Season passes can be picked up from the Season Pass centre. Season Passes are not able to be posted.

What is the Weekday Bring a Friend discount?

The weekday bring a friend discount is a 50% off our front gate single day admission ticket. This is only available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the operating season and can only be purchased at the park. The friend must be accompanied by a season pass holder to receive the discount. The discount is applicable to 1 friend per season pass holder per visit.

What is the Bring a Friend Free ticket?

The bring a friend free ticket is a single day admission ticket included in both the Platinum and Gold Season Pass. This can be used by a friend of a season pass holder to visit the park once during any single operating day throughout the season, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays. The ticket can only be used once. Platinum Season Pass holders receive a bonus bring a friend free ticket as part of their membership! The friend must be accompanied by a season pass holder.

Where can I receive my 20% off food, beverage and retail discount?

The 20% food, beverage and retail discounts can be redeemed at any of our food or retail outlets in the park. This can be used as many times as you like across the season. You will need to show your season pass band at your chosen outlet to receive your discount.

How much is parking?

Parking is a flat rate of $5 per day. Our Platinum pass holders receive free parking, while our Gold passholders receive a 40% discount, bringing parking to only $3 per day.

What is Tap’n’Play Basic?

Tap’n’Play basic is our virtual queuing system that allows you to book the next available spot in the queue for your favourite ride. Simply book at any of our kiosks and visit the ride tower at your designated time!

Can I still purchase Tap’n’Play Xpress and Priority if I am a Silver Season Pass holder or single day visitor?

You sure can! Visit our friendly team at Guest Services to purchase your band for the day.

Can I use my SkyCoaster or Cabana discount when purchasing online?

The SkyCoaster and Cabana discounts can only be utilised in park. SkyCoaster rides and Cabanas are subject to availability at a first come, first serve basis.
