The 2016/2017 Operating Season for Wet'n'Wild Sydney (“the Park”) runs on select dates during the period September 2016 to April 2017 as shall be shown on the Website however the dates may be subject to change.
If you purchased a 2016/2017 Season Pass before 30 April 2016 then you are entitled to a free upgrade to the Premium Season Membership. Your 2016/2017 Season Pass has been automatically upgraded to a Premium Season Membership.
Below references to the term “Membership” shall be deemed to include Season Membership, Premium Season Membership and Ultimate Season Membership unless specifically stated otherwise.
Memberships may be purchased:-
1 Day admission entitles admission on any one day during normal advertised operating hours and must be used within the 2016/17 Operating Season or for the period specified if purchased on a special offer and are valid on the day of use only. 2 Day admission entitles admission on any two days during normal advertised operating hours and must be used within the 2016/17 Operating Season or for the period specified if purchased on a special offer and are valid on the days of use only. No extension to the validity period is available.

Upon purchasing either a Season Membership or General Admission you will be issued with a MyBand. If you elect to have the MyBand posted to you a shipping & handling fee of $7 is payable. The MyBand Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to form part of these terms & conditions. All references in these terms and conditions to Season Membership and General Admission shall be deemed to also refer to the term MyBand where appropriate.

All Mybands remain the property of the Operator. Your Membership will be cancelled without refund if your Myband is used by anyone else. If your Myband is lost, stolen or damaged you must pay $10.00 in order to obtain a replacement but this fee may be waived if your Myband is stolen and you provide us with a documented police report.
All product prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars and you shall be solely liable for any currency conversion fee charged by your credit card provider.
In respect of General Admission:-
Children 3 years and younger do not require a ticket to enter the Park but must attend with a guardian over the age of 16 years who has a valid Season Membership or General Admission.
If you produce a Companion Card your companion is entitled to free of charge admission to provide support during your visit.
If you do not plan on using any rides, attractions or waterslides at the Park but wish to enjoy the Park’s surrounds (this includes parents, pregnant women and guardians supervising or waiting for children) you must still pay the full purchase price.
All products are non-refundable (unless required by law), not exchangeable or transferrable and cannot be resold (other than as set out in the MyBand Terms & Conditions) nor redeemed for cash.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel any product and refuse entry where the Operator reasonably believes same has been obtained in an unlawful or improper manner or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
If you have purchased a product for someone else then you must make available or known to them these Terms & Conditions and by their attendance they shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The Operator may impose restrictions or limitations on access to the Park, rides, shows, attractions or waterslides at any time. The Operator may close rides, shows, attractions, waterslides and/or the Park on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance, Acts of God or other reasons. No refunds are available as a consequence (subject to any requirements at law to the contrary).
Premium Season Membership and Ultimate Season Membership holders will receive a parking permit which:-

You agree to comply with the Conditions of Entry and Responsibility of Patrons and any other conditions displayed at the front gate of the Park or rides, attractions or waterslides therein. The Operator may cancel or suspend your Membership and/or remove you from the Park if you fail to.
The Website is owned and operated by the Operator. The Operator may refuse any order to purchase a product or deny access to the Website for any conduct it believes may breach these Terms & Conditions or any law.

When buying online through the Website products can only be purchased using a credit or debit card. All credit and debit card purchases are made through a secure payment facility. Your credit or debit card will be debited at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your card has occurred, please immediately notify the Operator by email and contact your bank through your usual communication method. A $9.95 fee applies when calling 13 33 86 to make any changes to bookings originally made via the Website.
The contents of the Website, such as graphics, logos, information, text, video clips, material, software or advertisements ("Content") is owned by the Operator unless stated otherwise and protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. Without the express permission of the Operator, the Content must not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, framed, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way except as expressly provided on the Website however you may download, store in cache, display, print and copy material in a complete and unaltered form for your own personal, non-commercial use provided that you:

Any representation, warranty, condition or undertaking that would be implied in these Terms & Conditions by legislation, common law, equity, trade, custom or usage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which may be conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
